Refund policy

At BLCKOUT, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has entered the processing or dispatch stage, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only. Returns and refunds are not available.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Exchange is available in these 3 cases:

  1. Size Issue – If the delivered product does not fit and you require a different size.

  2. Wrong Product Received – If you receive a product different from the one ordered.

  3. Damaged or Defective Product – If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, customers must contact our support team with their Order ID and clear images or videos of the issue.

Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size or replacement product is unavailable, an alternative solution may be offered at our discretion.

3. No Return & Refund Policy

BLCKOUT does not offer returns or refunds.

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Only eligible exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery as per the exchange conditions mentioned above.

4. Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products that have been washed, altered, worn, or used after delivery

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

5. Custom & Limited Edition Products

Custom-made, personalized, and limited-edition products are not eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect or wrong product delivery is confirmed.

Any eligible issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof.

6. Shipping Policy

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

COD Orders: Additional COD charges may apply at checkout.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 working days, depending on location and courier availability.

Delivery timelines may vary during high-demand periods, public holidays, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances.
