• COD Orders: Additional Cash on Delivery charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation

Certain orders, especially Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, may require confirmation through phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email before dispatch.

Orders that remain unconfirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

International Shipping

Currently, BLCKOUT ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours.
