Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, subject to processing status.

All purchases are subject to our Exchange Policy. BLCKOUT does not offer returns or refunds. Eligible exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to the conditions stated in our Exchange Policy.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery process.
